What is my user name?
1) If you already have an email registered with us, your email address is your username.
2) if you do not have an email registered with us, please contact the clinic to get access to the portal (no email address required).
How much notice do I need to give if I want to cancel or reschedule my appointment
Your appointment time is reserved specially for you. To be fair to other clients and our therapists, we require 24 hours in advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
No show or late cancellation fee: $50.
