What is my user name?
1) For existing patients: If you already have an email registered with us, your email address will be your username. You can create your password yourself, or contact us and we will send you set up link.
2) If you are an existing patient without an email on file, please contact the clinic to get access to the portal – no email is required.
3) All new patients can register for a patient portal account while booking your first appointment online.
How much notice do I need to give if I want to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Your appointment time is reserved specially for you. To be fair to other clients and our therapists, we require 24 hours in advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
No show or late cancellation fee: $50.
